I used to meet people every week that said they were close to becoming just another statistic.  Everybody has seen ansd heard the 97% that is banded about.  I just refuse to be one of those statistics and don’t want any of my team to give up either, as I believe with my help they can succeed where others have failed.  Too many people I know lack the support they crave and deserve.

Some budding internet marketers really struggle to build their own teams in training programs and this has a severe effect on their own ability to build their own successful online business.  Why? because if they are new themselves, they struggle to promote them ethically … not to mention the problems with confidence.

“What would happen if I do get a team member onboard? Would I be able to offer them any support? Probably not without blagging them, or perhaps using a phrase like this “Google it”"

Now I find that to be a very difficult situation to be in myself and would not wish it upon anyone else.  So much so that if a member of my team struggles with their team members I support their team members as well.   That way neither newby suffers.

Always ensure you manage your team building activities, better to have two or three active and successful team members than to have 100 inactive and statistic heading members.
